She is so professional and strict on hygiene. I've never seen a makeup artist use a tissue to take the makeup and then the brush. When I asked why she did that she made such a valid point about dipping a brush after it was used would contaminate for the next client. She uses completely fresh brushes for every client too. It's the little things that we often miss. 

You can see for yourself how fab the final result was. I was blown away and couldn't believe how fab I looked and felt.  
Mercy herself is a gem of a person. She makes you feel totally at ease and really takes her time with you, adding and checking as you look different directions, not the rushed fast approach I've experienced in the past.
